Qigong
Qigong is an ancient Chinese form of movement that promotes the flow of chi (vital energy) through the body to help restore and maintain good health. Qigong uses the breath along with postures, movements and stretches to energise the body and increase vitality. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Bodhiyoga with Suryadarshini
Bodhiyoga is a hatha yoga practice based upon Buddhist principles and meditation. Suryadarshini encourages exploration of postures based on mindfulness, kindness, and receptivity.
