Classical Pilates
A beginners level matwork class. I will guide you through the original Joseph Pilates method, building strength and working on imbalances to move with greater agility. This class is perfect for anyone with a previous injury, an annoying niggle, or anyone just looking for a good mind & body workout.

Hatha Yoga
Using a mixture of movement and breath to strengthen the body and focus the mind. Hatha involves holding a sequence of poses to elongate the body and build strength in the muscles. At the same time using balance and breath to align both body and mind.
