Untangled - the playing part
Fun, group improv based games that help us step out of limiting beliefs and into the ‘no mind’, flow state - by having fun. We have been enjoying playing games as the start to our letting go of the day, for over 18 months. You’re welcome to stay for our hatha session at 6pm, or join for either one.
£5 for just games, or £12 with hatha  more info

Hatha Yoga - drop in
Our hatha yoga session is focused on breath-body-mind awareness. We slow down, exploring the poses, breath, thoughts and sensations. A nurturing space, without expectation, to unwind and reconnect. Beginners onwards are welcome.

Iyengar Yoga (Introductory) level1 + 2
For beginners and those with up to 4 years experience of Iyengar Yoga. Iyengar Yoga is a rigorous and precise practice which will increase your strength and flexibility as well as improving physical health and bringing a sense of calm and lightness.
