Pilates Mat- Beginners/Improvers
Pilates is great for rehabilitation, daily fitness regimes and prevention of injury. No basic knowledge or fitness is required in order to begin Pilates classes. The result is a properly balanced body, with better joint mobility, toned muscles and a good, natural posture.

Iyengar Yoga Level 3
Iyengar Yoga develops strength, flexibility and balance. The Iyengar method emphasises attention to detail and correct body alignment, helped by the use of props. Previous experience of Iyengar Yoga (at levels 1 & 2) is essential for this level. (See Liz Ward, Tuesday nights for Levels 1&2)
