A trauma informed space for more experienced practitioners (or equivalent fitness level). This class maintains a focus on TI meditations, pranayama, and movement, inviting students to turn inwards and become compassionate observers of their own internal experience.

Iyengar Yoga Level Intermediate 3
Iyengar Yoga develops strength, flexibility and balance. The Iyengar method emphasises attention to detail and correct body alignment, helped by the use of props. Previous experience of Iyengar Yoga (at levels 1 & 2) is essential.(See Liz Ward Tuesdays and Graham Rice Thursdays for Levels 1&2)
