Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): The 8 Week Course
Mindfulness reduces stress and improves mood, sleep and physical health. Mindfulness is taught in a weekly 2 hour practical session over 8 weeks in a small group of 6-12 people. Daily home practice is given to further develop your skills. There will be no class on October 26 and November 2.

Holistic Massage Training for Professional Qualification
